Terms of service
Effective September 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of Payton, operated by Another Day in LA, LLC, a California limited liability company. Please read them before creating an account or authorizing an AI agent.
The service
Payton lets you connect accounts, store login information, grant specific agents access, set supported action and spending rules, and review the results. Payton is in a private beta. Features and supported agents, websites, browsers, and payment providers may change or be unavailable.
Your account
You must have the legal capacity to use Payton and may connect only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to control. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and authentication factors, and promptly tell us if you believe your Payton account has been compromised.
Agent permissions
You choose which agents receive Payton grants and what each grant allows. Review an agent's requested actions and the scope of any standing authority before approving it. You can revoke a grant in Payton, but revocation cannot undo a completed action at a third-party site. The agent and its browser must support a protected integration before they can use a vaulted login without exposing it to the agent.
Third-party sites and payments
Connected agents, websites, browser providers, and payment providers are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Payton provides authorization controls; it does not operate the agent or the merchant, sell the merchant's goods, or reverse a completed merchant action. If you enable spending authority, an agent may complete eligible purchases within the rules you approve. You remain responsible for charges and obligations arising from actions you authorize, subject to applicable law and provider or merchant terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Payton to access an account without permission, violate law or another service's terms, evade a security control, or interfere with Payton or other users. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, connected services, or Payton.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Payton available and accurate, but beta features and third-party integrations can fail, be interrupted, or produce uncertain outcomes. Review consequential actions and receipts yourself. To the extent permitted by law, Payton is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using Payton and request account closure in account settings. Closure disables active access and provides a 30-day recovery period, as described in our privacy policy. We may change or discontinue features, or suspend an account for security, misuse, or legal reasons. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date; we will provide additional notice when required by law.
